REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
You can initiate your refund to your original method of payment. We will provide you with the necessary instructions to complete a return. Our team requires a copy of the order confirmation in order to complete the return.
APPROVAL OF RETURNS
You lose your right of withdrawal if the item has heavy wear and tear and is not in the same condition & packaging (bag and cardboard box) as when you received it.
Once your return has been received and examined, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also send you an email when your refund is approved. If your return is approved, we will transfer the full purchase amount back to you.
SHIPPING
To return your product, please email us support@Wavves.store.
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you will receive a return label from us and you have 30 days to send the item back to us.
When you return, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed. To facilitate processing time, you are welcome to include a copy of the order confirmation in the package.
